HISTORY

The Pearl Diver is a Don the Beachcomber blender drink built on gold Puerto Rican rum, Demerara rum, lime, orange and Don’s Gardenia Mix, a honey-butter-and-spice blend. It is rich, buttery and tropical, and its exact date of origin is uncertain. The recipe was recovered by Jeff “Beachbum” Berry from the Don the Beachcomber archives.
