Orange Bitters
  • Dried Orange 15 Zest
  • Gentiana Root 5 gr
  • Caraway Seed 2 gr
  • Quassia Chips 5 gr
  • Cloves 2 gr
  • Star Anise 2 gr
  • Dark Rum 150 ml
  • Neutral Spirit 200 ml

Start by bringing water and rosemary to a boil. Reduce the heat, incorporate sugar, and stir until completely dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool, then strain out any remaining rosemary residues. Finally, bottle the infusion and store it in the refrigerator for later use.
