Absinthe Spoon

🇫🇷 French Drinking Method:
Pour about 1 ounce of Absinthe into a wine glass. Place an Absinthe spoon flat on the rim, with a sugar cube on top.
Slowly drip ice water over the sugar using an ice candy.
Watch as milky white clouds form in the glass.
Stir with the Absinthe spoon and add a few ice cubes. ❄️🥄

🇨🇿 Czech Drinking Method: 
Start by igniting the Absinthe in the gypsy area.
Pour Absinthe into the glass and place a teaspoon of sugar over it.
Lightly burn the sugar until it caramelizes. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then add water to taste. 💧🔥
